Extract recipe    ----   how do i make this less sweet?

6 lbs briess Bavarian wheat dry malt extract
1 lb breiss dark dry malt extract

8 oz German Munich II grains
8 oz Vienna grains
3 oz English chocolate grains

heat about 3 gallons of water and
Steep grains for 30-45 minutes at 150 degrees farenheit

bring to a boil
turn off heat and slowly add dry malt extract and stir until
thoroughly mixed in

add .5 oz cascade hops @ 45 minutes
add 1 oz Hallertau  hops @ 30 minutes
add 1 oz Tettnanger hops @ 10 minutes

boil 45 minutes
cool and pitch
WLP 351 Bavarian Weitzen yeast

OG:  1.072
FG:   1,01

ABV:  8.14%
