5 gal batch

9 lbs Amber Malt
8 oz. American Crystal 40 malt
8 oz. American Crystal 80 malt
1 1/2 oz Mt Hood Hops 45 minutes
3/4 oz Hallertau Hops 15 minutes
Irish Moss 15 minutes
Coopers Dry Yeast   7g packet

Original Gravity:  1.054
Final gravity:  1.012

ABV:  5.51%

IBU:  28.47

People really like this beer.  It's the last beer I make before our Octoberfest party and so it is served just a few days after it has carbonated it the keg.
